Our Take

Why it made the edit.

Why we love it: It makes a pleasant evening ritual drink. Several flavors.
Skip it if: You take medications that interact with magnesium or have kidney issues; ask your doctor first.
The catch: High doses can cause digestive upset; stay within label directions. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
