Our take

The short answer

SomniFix Mouth Strips are hypoallergenic strips with a small breathing vent, designed to keep your lips closed so you breathe through your nose at night. The brand says they help reduce open-mouth snoring and dry mouth. A 30-strip pack is about four weeks.

Our Take

Why it made the edit.

Why we love it: The patented vent gives backup airflow, which makes mouth taping feel less intense. There's a 30-night money-back guarantee.
Skip it if: You can't breathe comfortably through your nose, or suspect sleep apnea. Talk to a doctor first.
The catch: $25.99 a month is more than basic tape, and strips are single-use. It takes a few nights to adjust.
