Glow Therapy™ Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

At Glow Therapy™, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make sure that returning or exchanging your Glow Therapy product is as easy and convenient as possible.

Shipping & Returns

Processing Time
We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Up to 5-7 Days during holidays. 

Expedited Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please select your country at checkout for shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident that you will love your Glow Therapy LED light therapy mask. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a money-back guarantee regardless if the packaging has been open. If you need to return your device you will need to return it in its original packaging with all accessories.
Please examine your order upon delivery for any defects or damage to the device. If there is a problem, notify us immediately. Your return window starts the day the carrier delivers your package. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Glow Therapy products, please follow our returns process below. All LED devices will be subject to a return fee. 
Return Policy
To return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us at hello@glowtherapy.com to request a return authorization number (RA).

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the package to:

    1. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

    **Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories and parts supplied with your order. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for inspection of the products. Once the return is verified, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. 

    **Please note: All returns must be postmarked by the last day of your return window. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any return request made after the return window is not eligible for a refund.*

      Wear and Tear Policy for Returns 

      What is considered acceptable wear and tear for returns within 30 days:

        • Gently used mask with minimal signs of use (no visible stains, scratches, or damage).
        • Packaging slightly opened, but all original components included and undamaged.
        • Evidence of testing the mask on clean, dry skin for a short period (less than 24 hours).

      What is not considered acceptable wear and tear and may result in a partial refund or no refund:

        • Mask visibly soiled, stained, scratched, or damaged in any way.
        • Packaging significantly damaged or missing components.
        • Extended use of the mask (beyond 24 hours).
      • Tampering with the mask's electrical components or hygiene seal.

      All Glow Therapy™ purchases direct from GlowTherapy.com or an authorized 3rd party retailer are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty 
      Reach out to our support team if you need to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to process a warranty claim. 

      Once your return has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

      If you would like to exchange your Glow Therapy product for a different item, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

      Our return and refund policy does not apply to the following items:
      • Products that are not in their original packaging
      • Products that are missing parts or accessories
      • Products that were purchased from a third-party retailer
