If you are data-curious about your sleep, stress and cycle, yes. Oura says Ring 5 is its smallest ring yet, in titanium, tracking sleep, activity, stress, heart rate and cycle insights. If you will not open the app, it is just a very nice ring.

Why we love it: It is subtle enough to wear 24/7, which is the whole point. The morning readiness score is weirdly motivating.
Skip it if: Skip it if you do not want another subscription or another thing to charge.
The catch: Most insights need a paid Oura membership on top of the ring price. Deep Rose costs more than the $399 Silver and Black finishes.
