Super Core

"The colostrum powder all over your FYP, in a jar that lasts two months."
Our take

$120 Price at Kroma Wellness, checked Nov 2026.

The short answer

Only if you're curious about colostrum and comfortable spending on a gut-health experiment. Super Core is a daily colostrum powder in a 60-serving jar, so about $2 a day. The brand's list of benefits is long; the research on colostrum for adults is early. Give it a fair run, but keep expectations realistic.

Our Take

Why it made the edit.

Why we love it: Sixty servings in one jar makes the math friendlier than most trend powders, and it mixes into a morning drink without much effort.
Skip it if: You're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a dairy allergy and haven't checked the label with your doctor.
The catch: $120 upfront, and the evidence for colostrum supplements in healthy adults is limited. Any change you notice will be subtle.
