Perfect Fast Ginger Turmeric Tea

"A warm, spicy, caffeine-free mug for the 9pm snack spiral."
Our take

$18 Price at Kroma Wellness, checked Nov 2026.

The short answer

Yes, as a cozy caffeine-free tea you'll actually look forward to. It's ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, lemongrass and bergamot, and it tastes like a spicy chai without the buzz. Kroma pitches it for fasting; we'd just call it a good evening tea. At $18, it's an easy add-on.

Our Take

Why it made the edit.

Why we love it: No caffeine, so it works after dinner, and the ginger-cinnamon combo is warming without being sweet.
Skip it if: You don't like spicy, gingery teas.
The catch: It's a tea, not an appetite switch. Any 'fewer cravings' effect is mostly the ritual of a warm drink.
