Our Take

Why it made the edit.

Why we love it: It bundles everything in one box, so you can try the whole routine. The mesh design keeps the tape breathable.
Skip it if: You have trouble breathing through your nose, heart or breathing problems, or suspect sleep apnea. Talk to a doctor first.
The catch: It's designed with bearded men in mind, so it's more than some people need. Mouth taping isn't for everyone.
